TCS Daily: Clone: It's What's for Dinner points out that the legislators in the Land of Fruits and Nuts (i.e. California) are poised to mandate labelling of meat from cloned animals. Unfortunately for them, that seems to run afoul of FDA labelling laws, which prevail under Federal Supremecy. Sorry.
