It seems that luminaries like Mickey Mouse and Fred Flintstone may have mistakenly signed multiple petitions. A lawyer for Nader, contending that Truth, Justice, and the American Way demand that the question of who actually signed the petitions is irrelevant, went on to suggest that 'The decision will force any future third-party candidate to decide "whether or not he wants to bet his family home in an effort to have his political views heard,"'.
