Strategypage.com has an article titled: Smart Dust Stalked Zarqawi. Apparently, Smart Dust is akin to RFID, etc., but much smaller. It can be used to track people. The article suggested that it might have been sprinkled on Zarqawi. I think more likely either on his female companion, or a compromised associate.
