The WSJ today in an article titled: The Enron Verdicts comes down in favor of jailing CEOs for most of the rest of their natural lives, who let their companies commit massive fraud, ultimately harming thousands.

This sort of conviction is going to go a lot further than Sorbanes-Oxley in helping to prevent white collar crime, esp. at the level that we saw early in this decade.
