A More Comfortable Majority A More Comfortable Majority

NRO: A More Comfortable Majority points out that the Democrats in the house are giving a vote to non-Representatives. This had been traditional with them, as 4 of 5 such non-voting Delegates are Democrats. When they had control of the House before, they let the Delegates vote in committee. This may be what is up this time again.

If the Democrats running the House were ever to allow the Delegates to vote on the floor, there would be significant Constitutional issues. But there is little that the Republicans can do if they can only vote in committee, since the vote that counts is the one for the entire House.
