Gateway Pundit: New York Times Busted in Hezbollah Photo Fraud! looks at some of the evidence that the NYT published bogus information. It appears right now that the problem was that Hezzballah did a little staging here. It looks like the guy lay down and was wrapped in wire. It was apparently originally titled that he was injured and was being helped up. But the NYT apparently changed the caption to suggest that he was dead - which he apparently is not (dust free, muscles tensed, hat tucked safely under his arm, etc.) Click the image to get see the NYT caption:
